Gulliver Ralston (conductor) and The Royal Northern Sinfonia perform Gustav Mahler's Symphony No. 4 “A Child’s Vision of Heaven” (arr. Erwin Stein) plus an exciting new commission from Alastair Putt.

Sung Eucharist. The Dean of Durham Cathedral will preach, with music from the choirs of Durham Cathedral and the Northumberland Church of England Academy, including Vaughan Williams Mass in G Minor.

The Hilliard Ensemble on their farewell tour are joined by the Royal Northern Sinfonia. Programme to include a performance of John Casken's The Dream of The Rood.
